2005 - The Alpha

 - Ignatius and Shao Lun set up Go Club on the April 11th, 2007.
 - Members joined are mostly friends of Ignatius and Shao Lun. Sharen and Louis are special honor guest in Go Club.
 - The Starting Months, They used Magnetic Othello Sets
 - Maktab Duli sponsored for the Go Equipments
 - John Chin sponsored for another 7 19x19 Go Set for sale.
 - Mini Tournament was organized
 - We have Secretary and Treasurer. GO Diary is introduced.
 - Ignatius joined Iwamoto Tournament 2005, and got 2nd place for Brunei.
 - The 1st Brunei Igo tournament organized and held in Maktab Duli (3 vs 3) - one day, prizes awarded and certificates.
 - Group Photo taken informally.
 - Ignatius got interviewed by a Chinese reporter ~ to promote the game of Go in Brunei.
 - Willie was the strongest member in 2005.
 - Outdoor Activities, Harum badminton.
2006 - The Ambitions

 - More members signed up for the Go Club.
 - Better Performances, Commitment : Chiao Hong, Haidar, Zhe Fan, Chiawyee and etc.
 - Sushi Treat spent BND150.00
 - Brunei Room had registered in Kiseido Go Server (http://gokgs.com).
 - Mini Tournament was organized with medals awarded.
 - We have Attendance, GO Diary, Manager, Treasurer, Secretary and Coordinators.
 - 10 Magnetic Go Sets ordered.
 - Demonstration in University of Brunei Darussalam, met Mr. Lim Han (president of BJFA-UBD Charter).
 - Singapore Trip organized by Ignatius, 5 of them went.
 - Encountered CHMS Alumni Association.
 - Visited Singapore Weiqi Association.
 - Established Brunei Igo Society November 20th.
 - Brunei's Go News were to be found in Maktab Duli's Forum.
 - Brunei Igo Society friendster groups created in http://www.friendster.com
 - More Outflow of Cash.
 - Annual Group Photo of Brunei Igo Society had introduced.
 - Iwamoto Tournament 2006, 5 members registered and Ignatius got 3rd place for Brunei.
 - Makai got Champion for his division in Sendol Cup.
 - Brunei Igo Tournament 2006 organized and held in Maktab Duli "Pairgo Tournament", 20 Participants - 4 days.
 - Sponsorship - John Chin , medals awarded and photos taken; Reporters interviewed.
 - Got invited to join China, Nanning International Tournament but rejected to go.
2007 - Soars Higher, Falls Deeper

 - Members are okay, not better than the 2006.
 - More ethnics of different backgrounds joined and more female enthusiasts.
 - CHMS Weiqi Society established March 16th.
 - Interviewed and articles out in 3 Chinese News Print Companies of Brunei.
 - Got in touch with International Go Federation
 - Attendance, Go Diary, Manager, Treasure, Secretary, Coordinators. Online Manager introduced.
 - Brunei Igo Society's website had moved.
 - Established Www.BruneiGo.Tk with Forums and Gallery, Thanks to Jenson
 - Professional is visiting Brunei but rejected by BIGOS.
 - Found another 2 strong go players in Brunei, Javian and Mr.David Brown.
 - Go Lecture Board ordered, Go Sets are now available at the store of CHMS Alumni Association.
 - Iwamoto Tournament 2007, 11 Members signed up and Category 6 (Desmond and weideng) won silver for Brunei and Desmond got himself 1st place.
 - Go books contributed to the Go Club.
 - Brunei Igo Society friendster account has been created.
 - Brunei Igo Society website has appeared in http://www.Wikipedia.org
 - Brunei Igo Society website has been set up in http://senseis.xmp.net/?Bruneiigosociety
 - Constitution of Brunei Igo Association has been drafted by Mr. David Brown.
 - Planning to do Demonstration in PTE and CHMS. FAILED.
 - Introductory Document of Brunei Igo Society has been sent to International Go Federation for their BoD Meeting. http://intgofed.org
 - Brunei is invited to join the The 3rd SEA China, Nanning International Tournament. Xinwen took part in it.
 - Met Handy, the Go President of Indonesia
 - Xinwen got interviewed by Chinese Reporters of Guangxi and out in 2 newspaper the next day.
 - Brunei is invited to join The 2nd Korean Prime Minster Baduk Championship. Xinwen participated.
 - Met Mrs. Vanthanee, Vice President of Thailand Go Association.
 - Met Mr. Tan, President of Singapore Go Association.
 - Met Mr. Park, Vice-chairman of KABA.
 - Meeting about the Formation of AGF.
 - Brunei is invited to join SEA GAMES 2007 in the coming December from the 5th-13th December, Haidar and Ignatius went as observer.
 - Brunei Igo Society Annual Photo Session took place in December 2nd.
 - Brunei Igo Tournament, was held from December 3rd-4th at CHMS Alumni Association Multi Purpose Hall.
 

2008 - Reminiscent

 - Invited to join the 4th world Go Oza Qualifying Tournament in Singapore, Haidar, Hazim and Ignatius will be attending the event.
 - Haidar got 10th/12th in World Go Oza Singapore.
 - Proposed to demonstrate Go in CHMS on the January 25th. FAILED
 - Decided to demonstrate Go in CHMS after Chinese New Year.
 - Brunei is Invited to join the 2nd ASIAN Baduk Championship in Jeonju, Korea on the 9th of May to 15th of May. Brunei is sending 4 players (2-male, 2-female and 1 official). Currently Hazim, Queenie and Radhiah have confirmed.
 - Brunei is invited to participate in the 1st CMC Top 10 Taiwan Amateur Championship.
